• Smart LiFePO4 Lithium Packs: Deliver 80–110 km per charge. Lithium technology maintains full voltage stability throughout the discharge cycle, delivering superior hill-climbing torque even at 20% state-of-charge.
• Solar-Hybrid Solar Roof Option: Monocrystalline roof panels generate an additional 10–15% daily range under direct sunlight, extending daytime shift endurance.

For low initial capital expenditure and short daily routes, Deep-Cycle Lead-Acid is cost-effective. However, for multi-shift hotel operation, heavy gradients, or hot ambient environments, LiFePO4 Lithium is strongly recommended due to:

EAYS electric buggies are built with tropicalized AC brushless motors (4 kW to 7.5 kW) controlled by high-efficiency programmable Curtis/Enpower AC drive systems. The brushless design prevents motor overheating in ambient temperatures up to 50°C. Coupled with high-gear ratio rear transaxles, vehicles confidently climb 20–25% inclines fully loaded.

We optimize container packing to minimize ocean freight costs for international importers:

• 20ft Standard Container: Accommodates 2 fully assembled 4-seater carts.
• 40ft High Cube (HC) Container (FBU): Accommodates 4 to 6 fully assembled carts depending on seating capacity and canopy height.
• 40ft High Cube Container (SKD Packing): Accommodates 8 to 10 units in Semi-Knocked Down form with quick-assembly roof/windshield frames.

Every export unit undergoes complete marine packaging protocols: hot-dip galvanized chassis coating, anti-corrosion wax spraying on electrical harnesses, heavy-duty shrink wrapping, steel wheel chocks, and desiccant dehumidifiers placed inside the container during transit.

EAYS provides a 1-Year Factory Warranty on main vehicle components, including chassis frame, AC motor, electronic controller, and charger. LiFePO4 lithium battery modules carry an extended 3-year limited warranty.
